The Library has reopened and the Friends have been given the “green light” to resume business. On Saturday, August 14, 2021 the Friends Book Shop located on the lower level of the Troy Public Library will re-open. Our hours are: Saturdays from 10am-1pm and Sunday from 1pm -4pm. The Friends Shop (locate in the library lobby) is dependent on the availability of volunteers to serve as cashiers and will be open intermittently during normal library hours when volunteers are available. We are also happy to report that we will once again be accepting donations beginning in August 2 with the following new procedures. Large donations (3 boxes or more) will be accepted by appointment only. Appointments may be scheduled through the Troy Public Library calendar.…

The Friends will once again accept material donations beginning August 2, 2021 Donate Materials to the Friends! We accept your gently used materials in good condition for resale, and all proceeds are given back to the Troy Public Library for programs and other enhancements. Our Donations Area is in the Main Lobby. All donations must be securely boxed or bagged prior to donation. Large donations (two boxes or more) will be accepted only by appointment.
